order your book at Barnes and Noble

Here's a heads up; when the paper book comes out, run down to your local Barnes and Noble and order it. The more orders at a given store—the more likely they'll stock the book on the shelf! I'll keep everyone posted! (And if you know me, (or meet me) have me sign your book; a signed 1st edition will be worth more in the future.)
